Chief Unicorn: Lollie Moore
A nonprofit fangirl, I turned my passion into my career in 2016 when I launched my firm.
At The Unicorn Agency, I partner with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to build intentional marketing strategies that amplify their impact. I’m most at home translating big ideas into clear, actionable plans, usually with an emotional water bottle and a color-coded content calendar nearby.

My portfolio spans national and local brands alike, including the Oklahoma Aquarium, Petra’s Kids, Modus, Plank & Mill, ConsumerAffairs, and viral favorite Two Guys Bow Ties, as seen on Shark Tank.
My work has earned multiple PRSA Silver Link Awards and recognition as a trusted voice in Oklahoma’s creative and nonprofit sectors.​

Beyond my agency, I’m deeply involved in leadership and advocacy, a graduate of Leadership Tulsa’s Get On Board program as well as Leadership Tulsa's Thrive 8 cohort, and TYPROS Lead 918 program. I serve in roles that champion inclusion and equity in our community and beyond.
